K2 Learning Hub is an online study portal run by teacher Kundan Kumar Aryan. Students register with a mobile number to attend paid or free classes for Classes 6 to 10, watch lesson videos, download notes, submit homework and ask doubts in the class chat.

Registration details: your mobile number and your name. You also choose a password, which is stored only in a protected, unreadable form.

Class content you create: photos you take for the doubt chat, images you pick from your gallery, voice notes you record, and text messages you send in a class chat.

Payment details: when you pay a class fee, the payment is handled by our payment partner (Razorpay). We receive a confirmation of your payment and the classes you have paid for, but we never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or other full payment credentials.

Study material: videos, notes and homework uploaded by the teacher are stored in a private storage area and shared only with students who are enrolled in that class.

To create your account and let you sign in with your mobile number and password.

To show you the classes you are enrolled in and keep your access valid until its end date.

To show your messages, photos and voice notes to the other members of the same class chat.

To contact you on WhatsApp about your registration, payment or class access, if you reach out to us or ask us to.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your name and the class chat you post in are visible to the teacher and to the students of that same class.

Your mobile number and password are never shown to other students.

The teacher can see the list of registered students and can block a number from signing in if it is misused.

Uploaded study files are stored privately. Only the teacher, and students with valid access to that class, can open or download them.

We keep your account, your enrollment records and your class chat messages while your account is active, so your access and history stay intact.

If you want your account or your chat messages deleted, message us on WhatsApp at 8957428204 and we will remove them.

Sign-in is protected by your password, and your payment is processed over an encrypted connection by our payment partner.

Study files are served through short-lived private links, so a file link cannot simply be shared outside the app.

No system can promise perfect safety, but we review our settings regularly and act quickly if a problem is reported.

K2 Learning Hub is intended for school students, so many of our users are minors. Registration and payment are expected to be done by the student together with a parent or guardian.

If you are a parent or guardian and want your child's account removed, contact us on WhatsApp at 8957428204.

You can change your name and password any time in the My account page.

You can delete your own chat messages inside the class chat.

You can ask us to delete your account or your data by messaging us on WhatsApp at 8957428204.

If we change this policy, we will publish the updated version on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
